Today I saw a older women that looked like she needed help she had her arms full and was trying to go down steps. I wanted to ask her if she needed help. I was worried that I would scare her. That made me think what a sad state of affairs this world is in. That you can show compassion to people with out freaking most people out. I know it is because that there are people that would and have taken advantage of people. I wish we could help the little old ladies and wave to little kids with out worry. At least we can still give and receive smiles.
